TravelSpark Media is a division of LB Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in the state of Texas, United States. We operate the TravelSpark Media platform at your registered domain, which provides travel agents with destination intelligence tools, AI-powered itinerary builders, branded marketing materials, and client management features.

When this Privacy Policy refers to "TravelSpark Media," "we," "us," or "our," we mean LB Ventures LLC and its TravelSpark Media platform. When we refer to "you" or "your," we mean any individual or business entity that accesses or uses our platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you use our platform, and information from third-party services you connect.

Information you provide directly:

• Account registration details: name, email address, phone number, and agency name
• Billing and payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Agency branding assets such as your logo uploaded for flyer branding
• Client information you enter into the My Clients CRM tool
• Content you create including itineraries, notes, and preferences
• Communications you send us including support requests and feedback

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform
• Device information including browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Session data and cookies as described in Section 6
• AI generation history — prompts and outputs created in the AI Builder tool

Information from third-party services:

• Payment processing data from Stripe including transaction status and billing address
• Google Maps usage data when you use destination map features
• Tour data from Viator and TripAdvisor integration partners

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide, maintain, and improve the TravelSpark Media platform. Specifically we use your information to:

• Create and manage your agent account and subscription
• Process payments and send billing receipts
• Deliver the platform features you subscribe to including AI tools, destination data, and marketing materials
• Brand flyers and videos with your uploaded logo and contact information
• Send service-related communications including renewal reminders, feature updates, and support responses
• Improve our AI models and platform features based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate the platform, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Bannerbear (flyer branding), Shotstack (video branding), Google (maps), and Anthropic (AI). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.
• Business transfers: If LB Ventures LLC is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before this occurs and give you the option to delete your account.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of TravelSpark Media, our users, or the public.
• With your consent: We may share your information in other ways with your explicit consent.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers managed by Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption and security practices. All data is stored within the United States. We implement the following security measures:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from our platform
• Encrypted storage of sensitive data including passwords and payment tokens
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to customer data
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Secure file storage for uploaded logos and branding assets

While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 11.

Data retention: We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your account, we retain your data for 90 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export any content you wish to keep. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is being used. We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies: Required for the platform to function, including authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled.
• Preference cookies: Remember your settings such as selected filters, display preferences, and recent searches.
• Analytics cookies: Help us understand which features are most used and how to improve the platform. Data is aggregated and anonymized.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies may affect some platform features but will not prevent basic use of the service.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send
• Account deletion: Delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with several third-party services. When you use these integrations, your data may be subject to those providers' privacy policies in addition to ours:

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies before using features that rely on them.

9. Children's Privacy

TravelSpark Media is a professional B2B platform intended for use by travel agents and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account on our platform, please contact us immediately and we will delete the account and associated data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our platform evolves or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Send a notification to your registered email address at least 14 days before the changes take effect
• Display a prominent notice on the platform dashboard

Your continued use of TravelSpark Media after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your account before the effective date.
